We are seeking a highly resourceful and tech-savvy Account Associate / Administrative Assistant to support the operations of our potential 3rd office. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, solves problems independently, and enjoys handling a variety of tasks that keep a business running smoothly.
Position Details
- Part-Time (flexible schedule)
- Hybrid some days in-office, some remote
- $25–30 per hour
- No additional benefits
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the agent and team
- Coordinate office events such as holiday parties and team outings
- Assist with travel planning and scheduling
- Track and manage PTO requests and records
- Serve as a backup resource for payroll questions
- Order and manage office supplies (Amazon, vendors, etc.)
- Schedule and manage the agent’s personal health appointments
What We’re Looking For
- Highly resourceful self-starter who proactively finds answers and gets things done
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating digital tools and platforms
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities independently
- Previous administrative experience preferred, but not required
- Insurance license not required
