"Long Review Alert! Rod has been a family friend through the tennis community for years. Never once did he ever try to sell me anything in the numerous times we played tennis. A few years ago when I moved out of my apartment to rent a house he wanted to confirm that I had renters insurance to protect myself - he's been in the industry long enough to know that it's helpful for both parties. I confirmed that I did and that I just rolled over what I had previously used from the apartment. During a water break on the tennis court I shared the annual amount and he gasped. Told me he could get me a significant reduction with way better coverage if I switched over to him. The numbers all added up and I did it the next day! After that I realized that I was just another account with my current car insurance provider (that I've had since I was 16) and it was an easy decision to switch to working with Rod. Fast forward to today, Rod and his team have continued to support me and my new family with a variety of coverage types and we can't express the amount of gratitude we have for the team and their willingness to educate us along the way."

We were dumped here when our original agent retired and now we're leaving State Farm altogether because they have cost us THOUSANDS of dollars in contracts by ignoring requests for documentation. They have also charged us thousands of dollars for insurance we either never requested or requested to cancel and again, they just ignore you and continue to collect from your account. If you're looking for insurance for your business DON'T DO IT!!! ... How ironic that this review got a prompt response while half of our emails go completely ignored."
